Most people use the word “saint” to refer to someone who is exceptionally good or “holy.” In the Catholic Church, however, a “saint” has a more specific meaning: someone who has led a life of “heroic virtue.”

Task

Answer in sentences.

1. Look at the four representations of the different saints. 

2. How are they represented in the images they are all displayed standing or sitting 

3. If you did not know they were saints what would you think they did ? i would think that they were old people who walked around and got there portiarits taken 

4.  For example: Religious figures, Writers,Painters……. How did you arrive at these answers ? i arrived at this because back in the old days there wasn't much use of old people

      5) Choose One saint ?
